Starting a business with the production of prototype parts of machinery and equipment

We have improved mechanical skills in the field of production engineering of an electronic semiconductor manufacturer.
Because we have technical experts who are in the major manufacturers and research and development type only one manufacturers, and if there is a company that can solve dissatisfaction with the collaboration company overlapped with their own experiences, I decided to establish a company to build a Win-Win relationship with customers.
Shortly after its founding, we had the confidence that we can provide support for customer development from the standpoint of production technology by completion and trial and error of the manufacturing of experimental equipment for research and development with customer.
Currently, we are mainly continuing our business to manufacture prototype parts for research and development of ultra-short delivery time for electronic semiconductor manufacturers and various industrial machinery manufacturers. In addition, our design department is mainly in charge of remodeling existing production equipment at the customer’s factory.
We are skilled in solving problems and making proposals backed by advanced design and manufacturing technologies.
In addition to manufacturing parts as shown in the blueprints shown by the customer, we also ask the person in charge of design and development about the problem, find the solution, apply for drawing change to make parts optimal requested by the customer, and manufacture parts that meet the requirements.
We try to answer quotations and inquiries within 60 minutes when there are urgent requirements, present the manufacturing process and quality assurance of the parts together with improvement plans, and gather necessary information on behalf of the customer, take advantage of the experience in the design, then make proposals as required from the customer’s perspective.
